Currently LT customers have a variety of applications they must use to access and manage the various sections of their account. Separate applications with separate logins are used for billing, client area graphs, and creating support tickets. Our goal is to provide our customers with a single login and access area for all Layered Technologies services. Encompass is a customer account management tool being introduced into the Layered Technologies network to accomplish this goal. The first release will incorporate the billing system and client area graphs. Support ticket access will be added in a future release along with additional planned services.

Encompass will provide the following benefits to both LT and our customers.
- Strengthen network security by allowing customers access to their individual accounts without logging into the internal systems.
- Provide the customers with a single convenient login screen.
- Provide the customers with a simple to use management tool for managing their account.
Single Login Screen
Encompass has provided a single login screen for billing and graphs. The existing billing and client area login screens will redirect you to the new Encompass screen. To login to Encompass, go to https://encompass.layeredtech.com/ and use your existing billing user name and password.
Quick View Stats
The home screen of Encompass provides a quick view screen for invoice and server stats. Invoice Stats lists a summary of invoices due and paid. Clicking on any line will open the Invoice Manager where invoices can be viewed in more detail. Server Stats provides a quick count of all servers associated with the account. Clicking on any line will open the Server Manager.
Account Manager
The Account manager is used for updating account contact information. The password can also be changed in here. To update account information, click on the "Edit Account Information" button. Make the necessary updates to the information and click the "Submit" button to accept the changes. The name on the account and the primary email address cannot be changed from this screen. The primary email can only be changed by submitting a support ticket to the billing department.
To change the password, click the "Change Password" button. Change the password and click the "Submit" button to accept the changes.
Invoice Manager
The Invoice manager is used for viewing and paying invoices. Invoices can be displayed by all invoices or by invoices outstanding and invoices paid. Clicking on the invoice number will open the invoice detail. Payment by credit card or PayPal can be made from the detail.
Server Manager
The Server manager is used for viewing configuration details and bandwidth graphs by server. Servers can be displayed by active servers and also by cancelled or suspended servers.
To view a bandwidth graph for an active server, click on the server ID in the list. Enter the time frame for viewing the graph (up to 60 days) and submit.
DNS Center and SSLCenter
DNS and SSL are future services to be offered by Layered Technologies. These services will be available in the next version of Encompass.
