Knowledge and experience of people processes and tools including Strategic Workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Change Management, Training & Learning, Employee Relationship, Diversity, Organization Development, Job/Organization design
Advises and coaches management and team members on personnel problems or corrective action issues to help ensure equitable, consistent and lawful treatment of all employees in all employment actions
Supports the Company compliance programs (e.g., EEO/AA, ADA, FLMA, WC, etc.) to ensure equity, legal compliance and reinforce the perception of non-discrimination in all the Company’s employment practices

Job Requirements
7 to 12 year stable and progressive HR management and Leadership experience. To include the following: employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational development, succession planning, coaching, compensation, and/or equivalent
Work with C-levels
Bachelor’s Degree is required; Human Resources, Business or related field
Professional Certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is required
Extensive knowledge of current employment-related law and best practice in human resource processes
Strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to utilize creative and innovative approaches in problem solving
Strong organizational abilities and PC skills required.
