President Todd Abrams founded the company in 2004, to provide customers with greater choice and flexibility in IT infrastructure hosting. As the first company to implement both 3tera AppLogic and Microsoft Server 2008 Hyper-V solutions, Layered Tech is leading the industry’s move toward virtualization.
In 2008, Layered Tech acquired FastServers.net, adding a calibrated range of managed dedicated hosting solutions and integrating FastServers.net’s consultative expertise in solution development and support.
