Layered Tech provides ongoing advanced support for most
major server applications and operating systems.

Our advanced server support covers Windows, Unix, Ubuntu, RedHat Enterprise, FreeBSD, Fedora, Debian and CentOS.

As part of your selected DEFCON Support Level, you are eligible for advanced support on your dedicated server, either through the paid advanced support hours included with DEFCON 1-3 or through the per-incident support feature of DEFCON 4 and 5.

Advanced support services include server troubleshooting, software configuration, OS configuration, OS reinstalls, and any task that is not included in the category of "free support" provided with the selected DEFCON Support Level.
