With DEFCON Support Levels 1 – 4, your server is monitored for problems and outages—and in the event of an outage, our round-the-clock team of Dedicated Server Experts will take corrective action to resolve the problem and recover any failures.

The amount of monitoring on your dedicated server is determined by its level of DEFCON support.
