This base-layer managed services solution delivers around-the-clock monitoring for peak performance and availability. Custom alerts are also available via email or a text message to your mobile phone.

Layer 1: Monitoring is available as a stand-alone service and is also included with Layer 2: Active Support, Layer 3: Full Management and Layer 4: Compliance Management.

When you add Layer 1 services, up to ten system monitoring points and one site monitoring check are included per device. Extra system or site monitoring units can be added for an additional fee.
