I/We have read the Layered Technologies AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) and TOS (Terms of Service) and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. By agreeing to this . I/We knowledge that I/we understand them in full and agree to update my/our AUP and TOS, if need be, to conform and meet all requirements within the Layered Technologies AUP and TOS.

I/We understand and acknowledge that by signing up and being accepted as a Layered Technologies reseller, I/We are responsible for providing all support to our client(s) directly while Layered Technologies will provide support directly to us for servers contracted through this reseller agreement.
You may choose to create and setup a "reboot script" to tie directly into the Layered Technologies reboot queue. Reboots will be acknowledged and handled accordingly, as long as the requests are being generated from a server that the reseller has setup (for authentication purposes). The reboot request must include the LT ID # and BASE IP for the server(s) in question.
If an end client contacts the Layered Technologies support staff directly, they will be asked to contact their reseller. Our support staff is available 24/7/365 to provide the best support and service levels possible, and will assist our clients to the best of their abilities.
Resellers will receive discounts ranging from 5%-20%. These are exceptional discounts and are meant to enable you, the reseller, to provide excellent, top quality products to your end clients, while still making a good profit margin, and providing 100% of support to your end clients.
