Layered Tech gives you powerful support with our easy-to-use customer portal and 5 levels of service keyed to your needs.

On October 7, Layered Tech will be enhancing its customer support services with the adoption of the Pentagon customer portal for all Layered Tech customers. Pentagon is a powerful centralized management system for support, upgrades, hardware information and invoicing. Additional information about Pentagon will be posted here soon.

Layered Tech’s five tiered levels of DEFCON Support Services allow you to choose the ideal levels of security, monitoring and support for your server. These levels range from the fully managed DEFCON 1 level to the unmanaged DEFCON 5 level.

Selecting the ideal bundle of support services requires understanding of our DEFCON service levels, as well as an assessment of your internal capabilities and your uptime requirements.

The higher your uptime requirements and the lower your system administration capabilities, the more likely you are to benefit from the higher levels of DEFCON support.
