Quick View
The home page of Encompass provides a quick overview regarding your account including: invoice and server stats, support ticket history, bandwidth graphs, customer notifications and more. All areas are interactive. Clicking on any line will provide a drill down into your account with the ability to view in more detail.
Account Manager
The Account Manager area is used for updating basic account information which includes address, phone, password and more. (Please note, for security reasons, the primary name and email address on the account cannot be changed here; those must be changed by submitting a support ticket to the billing dept via Encompass.)
Invoice Manager
The Invoice Manager section is used for paying invoices and viewing statements. Invoices can be displayed by all, paid or outstanding invoices. Clicking on the invoice number will open the invoice detail. Payment by credit card or PayPal can be made from detail view.
Server Manager
The Server Manager area is used for viewing configuration details and bandwidth graphs by server. Servers can be displayed by active servers and also by cancelled or suspended servers. To view a bandwidth graph for an active server, click on the server ID in the list. Enter the time frame for viewing the graph (up to 60 days) and submit.
Ticketing System
Via the Ticketing System area you are able to open support tickets and view ticket history, browse knowledgebase library, view maintenance updates and have access to special offers. This section is invaluable and provides all necessary information regarding your support needs.

Through the Encompass portal, you are always in touch with what’s going on both within your account and at Layered Tech. From product updates and releases to special offers and important company news. We use this medium to communicate crucial information with you -- our customers -- to assist with your success.
