Have questions about your account? Need a support issue resolved? Want to reboot your server? Or monitor your bandwidth? All this and more can be handled most efficiently by visiting My Account (Pentagon), which is our centralized account management portal. By using this web-based tool, you have access to all of your critical account information including:

While many of you are quite familiar with the Pentagon name (those of you who purchased services through our FastServers company), for our former Encompass users, this is new. However, rest assured that all the great functionality and features you’ve come to expect from your account portal – Encompass or Pentagon -- are all there. Nothing has changed except the name.

You will access your Pentagon account management portal just as you’ve been doing for either Encompass or Pentagon. We wanted to maximize the convenience to you, so no changes here, either. Again, welcome to your Pentagon account portal.

You enter Pentagon via a cohesive Dashboard view which provides a quick summary of your account details. From company and billing information to server stats and our quick reboot feature. Every area is completely interactive and provides quick and easy access to all your account management needs.

Within the Administration tab, you are able to manage your servers through a simple point and click interface which includes details on your server/s, billing, bandwidth and more.

The Support section of Pentagon provides you easy access to our Support Center which includes our ticketing system and knowledge base as well as direct contact information and hours of operation.

Account

The Account section is used for adding additional contacts and/or updating basic account information which includes address, phone, password and more. (Please note, for security reasons, the primary name and email address on the account cannot be changed here; those must be changed by submitting a support ticket to the billing dept via Encompass.)

Billing

Billing

The Billing area is used for viewing statements and paying invoices. Statements are issued 7 days prior to renewal date to allow payment on account prior to invoicing. Invoices can be displayed by closed or past due invoices. Clicking on the invoice number will open the invoice detail.
Payments can be made by credit card or PayPal.

With the Pentagon mobile version now you can have access to your server via your mobile device. Through the mobile version you can now:

  • View bandwidth used for each server(s)
  • Reboot server or power off/on your server(s).
  • Submit a ticket for Abuse, DNS, request general support and much more.
  • Change your password

To visit the Pentagon mobile version simply visit https://pentagon.layeredtech.com/ in your mobile’s browser and login using the same username and password that you use for the regular website.
